The CAD library design process can be a stand-alone work,
but this stage of a project design flow is the fundamental one.
Any component of a library while being wrongly created may
cripple all efforts of many project designers and thus may
cause unexpected expenses and time delay necessity just
for fixing a small error.

During library design process we use the following CAD systems and programs:
- Mentor Graphics (DxDesigner/Expedition and Design Capture/Expedition);
- Cadence OrCAD;
- PCB Matrix LP Wizard calculator;
- SymXpert.
Although IPC standarts are used in our company by default,
our working approach is to design libraries in accordance
with customers standards. If, previously, you have not been
involved in using of any standards, we will guide you in the
latest ones.
To be sure of our work accuracy we provide 4-level quality
verification of every created component. So they meet all
industry standard requirements both for manual and automated
PCB mounting.
