Single board computer 

OMAP-module delivers extra ARM ® Cortex TM -A8 MHz at 1 GHz and extra memory with 512MB of low-power DDR RAM. The board is developed with complex 16-layer stack-up as well as HDI (high density interconect) technology usage blind (1-2, 1-3, 8-10) and buried (3-8) uVias.
